1) Restricted access: Guest IDs must be sent at least 48 hours in advance to issue the QR code for access to Cap Cana. Guests are not allowed, and only guests registered on the reservation will be allowed access.

3) Electricity usage: Electricity is not included in the price. Consumption can be paid in cash, local bank transfer, or through Airbnb.
4) Check-in time: From 3:00 PM.
5) Check-out time: Until 11:00 AM.
6) Damage liability: Any damage to the apartment, property, or belongings, as well as any damage caused during the stay, will be charged.
7) Internet included: High-speed Wi-Fi is included for your convenience and remote work.
