1) Restricted Access: 48 hours prior to your arrival, we require identification for all guests staying at the property to manage access control. Without this information, you will NOT be allowed access to Playa Turquesa. Guests or visitors not included in the reservation and previously identified will NOT be accepted.

2) Ground Floor Apartment: The property is a single-level, ground-floor apartment for your convenience.

3) Electricity Consumption: Electricity is not included in the price. Consumption can be paid in cash, by local bank transfer, or through Airbnb.

4) Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM.

5) Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM.

6) Liability for Damages: You will be charged for any damage to the property, apartment, or belongings, as well as any damage caused during your stay.

7) Internet Included: High-speed Wi-Fi is included for your comfort and remote work.

8) Cots: Available upon request and with prior notice; limited quantity.

9) Basic supplies: We recommend visiting a supermarket before your arrival. Bottled water, coffee, and sugar are provided at the accommodation; guests are responsible for replenishing these items.
