Welcome to Beach Garden ground floor condo. D1. Playa Bavaro, a wonderful 2 bedroom property located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Los Corales area, Playa Bavaro This beautiful apartment prides itself on having beautiful views of the gardens and pool and is surrounded by evergreen trees, beautiful shrubs and tropical palms.
During your stay, guests will have full access to the apartment and all residential amenities, including the pool and common areas. The community has controlled access for security, allowing entry only to registered guests. Electricity consumption is not included in the rental price. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out, and the cost will be calculated based on actual usage. Please respect condominium rules, quiet hours, and proper use of common areas. Waste must be disposed of in designated bins. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not allowed to maintain a safe and peaceful environment. We are available to assist you throughout your stay.
The distribution of the apartment is as follows: Master bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Secondary bedroom with Queen size bed. A complete guest bathroom that serves both the secondary room and the guests. Double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need for your stay, including kitchenware for up to 8 people. Bedding and towels are custom made for us from the highest quality cotton. In the bathrooms we put the welcome pack so you don't have to worry about it on your first night: Shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap and toilet paper are provided to help you during your first day so you can relax. We offer air conditioning in all areas, as well as ceiling fans. Smart TV's with Iptv system in the room and main room and Wi-Fi service included in the rental cost. The residential has 24-hour security and surveillance cameras. We also have a shared pool for adults, a pool for children and a barbecue area.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the apartment, including all indoor areas and the private terrace. They may also use the residential amenities, such as the pool and designated common areas.

For security purposes, the community has controlled access, and only registered guests may enter the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed, and all condominium rules must be respected.
